    Know-How, The 8 skills that separate People who perform from those who don't.
    Preface: There is no free lunch without proper income or profit.
    Skill 1: Decide the correct market orientation - Basis of profit

    Undoubtedly, it is the most important skill in "Know How". Oritentation and Re-oritentation is the basic skill of the leader, which could affect whole business.
    Skill 2: Forecast and actively face to the exterior environment change - Prevention is better than cure
    预见并积极应对外部环境变化点 - 未雨绸缪
    Never changed is changing. Our exterior environment is always changing and we need to find the key points in this complicated environment. Observing the key points and summarize the trend of change.
    Skill 3: Ameliorate interal organization system and make employees pull together - Browze "Cat"

    Letting employees make concerted effort work can be the most chance for you to be successful.  
    Skill 4: Know one, select one, cultivate one - There is no innate leader
    识人,选人,育人 - 没有天生的领导者
    As a leader, your responsiblity is not to finish the job yourself while to find the right person to do the right things. Your goal finishment depends on the ability of bring up other leaders. You must possess the skill to evaluate the talent and dig out their potential capability. Give them opportunities , not only develop business, but  also check and improve their ability.  
    Skill 5: Shape the management team - Harmonious and different

    Management team must be consistency to the whole business goal, which can ensure that marketing, financial and other department maintain the synchronization. Agglomerating the force and resource to attain the big goal with cooperation and understanding. In some time, we need to put down the individual benefit in order to complete the task.
    Skill 6: Set the correct goal - Victory

    Setting a series of correct goals needs to set proper directions and quantities with feasibility and mobilization. We need to satisfy short-term investors and to assure company's long-term profit. The goal must reflect exterior environment opportunity and include company's current and potential capability.
    Skill 7: Establish the unshakable milestone of work - Leaders' lesson of Monday morning

    Everyday's important work could provide a clear roadmap to effectively organize and instruct the business goal. When the goal-setting is finished, people would know how to allocate resource, focus on importance and succeed in finish the task. Correct importance of work can help you do the most important thing in the complicated, urgent and busy things.
    Skill 8: Accurately cope with the strength from other sides - Gain advantage from both sides.

    Don't consider the special benefit group such as government as a trouble even you don't want to build up the relationship with them. You must overcome yourself to join in it with constructive idea and know their real motives and attitude. Maintain the relationship and unite craft brother to avoid impact from them if it is necessary.
    In a word, actions speak louder than words. We need to leave no stone unturned to attain our goal no matter how method we use. Certainly, use normal method. LOL~~
